Im Rahmen dieser Maßnahme wird Druck auf Alarmschmerzrezeptoren an der Knochenhaut ausgeübt. Hiermit wird Muskelspannung gesenkt und dem Gehirn das Signal gegeben, dass aktuell kein Schaden droht, denn Schmerz entsteht immer dann, wenn ein Schaden droht. Dies wird dir ermöglichen, deutlich entspannter und beschwerdefreier unsere Übungen durchzuführen.

Engpass-Dehnungen

Bei der Engpassdehnung handelt es sich primär um ein Übungsprogramm für zuhause. Es geht dabei insbesondere darum, dem dir zu zeigen, was du selbst tun kannst um deinen Erfolg dauerhaft zu halten. Der Erfolg der Schmerztherapie hängt in hohem Maße davon ab, wie regelmäßig die Engpassdehnungen ausgeführt werden.

Um einen möglichst langfristigen Erfolg erzielen zu können, musst du täglich ca. 20 Minuten in die Übungen investieren. Egal wie dein Zustand ist, es wird für dich möglich sein, die Übungen zu meistern.

Fazien-Rollmassage

Mithilfe der Faszien-Rollmassage wird der Effekt der Engpassdehnungen und Osteopressur verstärkt. Ablagerungen im Interzellularraum werden in Bewegung gebracht und die Spannungen der Muskeln und Faszien normalisieren sich.

Du lernst wie du mit den Faszienrollen die Osteopressurpunkte selbst behandelst, damit wirst du dein eigener Therapeut.
